Website downtime

Hi all,

Currently we are experiencing isssues with our main website, www.bloodonbinary.com. The server hosts are looking into the issue but it is likely something server wide and not just local to us. This however is no excuse since it is a paid for service.

I am nagging them constantly until the website is back but in order to deal with such an issue arising again I would ask you to go through the following procedure :

Check the Blood on Binary blog as you are doing so now, this will be the first point of contact

If you have the Blood on Binary toolbar installed (spyware and malware free and works on all major browsers will keep you uptodate on news and ONLY Blood on Binary related issues and has many other features along with showing support for us) then I will send an alert through that if the downtime or issue is long lasting. You can install/access the toolbar at :
http://bloodonbinary.ourtoolbar.com and simply install (it can be uninstalled easily so no worries!)

Another thing we will be doing is plugging a live help system into the website for those who are unable to access the forums for whatever reason or have issues local to your own Computer. This works in a similar system to MSN Messenger.

Another route you may take is the chat which is located not only via the Game Clients update window but on all three blogs (Blood on Binary, Escalation, Sacred Chronicle)

Lastly you may also E-Mail support@bloodonbinary.com as a last alternative.
